FlexiLoans is your front row seat to the MSME Fintech revolution in India The role in a gist: As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. As Area Sales Manager, you will manage the South FOS team and grow our business loans sales across South India from our Chennai office. This is a hands-on leadership role, with significant time spent in the field across Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Karnataka, building your team, meeting customers and closing deals. Sounds like you? • Team leadership: Manage, motivate and develop a high-performance field sales team
• Business development: Identify and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory
• Productivity: Drive team productivity through regular reviews, field visits and coaching
• Target delivery: Ensure delivery of the sales targets assigned for the business loans line of business
• Customer outreach: Contact potential customers and showcase the company’s products and services
• Key accounts: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
• Exception handling: Resolve customer exceptions and escalations quickly and professionally
• Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers within company guidelines Ideal Candidate:
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address queries
• Robust interpersonal, team leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable travelling frequently across South India, with good knowledge of the region’s geography Qualification &

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in field sales
• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience in business loans (BL)
• Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Excel basics
