- 3 Years CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 per annum (LPA) – Negotiable Department: Sales & Business Development Role Overview: We are looking for a result-oriented and proactive Business Development Consultant to join our ERP Sales & Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building client relationships and driving sales growth for our ERP software solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in B2B sales, ERP software sales, SaaS sales or IT business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns and market research.
• Connect with stake holders, CEOs, CFOs and other key decision-makers.
• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate ERP software demonstrations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle,



from lead generation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate lead information, sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities. What We're Looking For:
• 2
- 3 years of experience in ERP, SaaS, IT Services or Software Sales is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and client-handling skills.
• Ability to identify prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools and lead generation techniques.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
