If you’re looking for a pure client consulting job, this isn’t it. NourishSmart is building India’s first precision nutrition and wellness platform for Indian vegetarian families. Every plan starts from real health data and real regional food and a nutritionist signs off on it before it reaches a family. You’d be that nutritionist. The first one. How NourishSmart thinks about nutrition, and the standard every plan is held to, starts with you. You’re not inheriting a system. You’re building it and the product with it. Here’s what that looks like:
• You decide what a NourishSmart plan is and what it will never be. Every plan carries your sign-off.
• You train the home chefs who cook these plans in real kitchens every day.
• You talk to families at the moments that matter: onboarding, health milestones, plan changes.
• You sit with the founders, the tech team and the people on the ground, and make sure what gets cooked matches what you planned.

• You’re the clinical voice in the room when we make product decisions. You’ll spend your days with the product team, the kitchen team, the founders and the families, shaping something that doesn’t exist yet. It’s messy and fast and you’ll lead a lot of it. This is a work-from-office role at our Bellandur office. We build together, in the room. Who we’re looking for:
• A Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
• 1 to 4 years of hands-on clinical experience (more than 4, please don’t apply; we’re looking for someone at this stage)
• A self-starter who picks things up and gets them done without being chased
• Can join within a week? Even better.

Location:
Bellandur, Bengaluru (in office) To apply, email [email protected] with “Dietician/Nutritionist” in the subject line, and tell us why you want to be part of this.
