Key Responsibilities
• Perform aircraft mechanical assembly, installation, and testing activities.
• Carry out LRU (Line Replaceable Unit) installations and mechanical component fitment.
• Perform hydraulic system installation, plumbing, and routing activities.
• Support ECS (Environmental Control System) installation and integration.
• Perform landing gear installation and associated mechanical assembly.
• Execute EGR / RFT activities as per approved procedures and technical drawings.
• Carry out drilling, riveting, torque tightening, and structural assembly.
• Perform leak checks, functional checks, and system verification.
• Identify and rectify mechanical defects during aircraft build and testing.
• Maintain technical records, inspection reports, and work documentation.
• Ensure compliance with aircraft safety standards, quality procedures, and FOD requirements.
