This role involves providing technical guidance to clients and users of the ClaimSkills AI platform, including setup, configuration, and optimization of solutions. The Technical Consultant will handle technical support requests, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex problems. Daily responsibilities include analyzing client needs, recommending appropriate solutions, preparing demos or walkthroughs, and contributing to documentation and knowledge base materials. - and post-sales technical discussions and ensuring a high-quality, reliable experience for all stakeholders. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, understand user requirements, and identify patterns or issues.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to resolve user issues, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain system reliability.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support solution presentations, respond to technical queries, and contribute to client onboarding and retention.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field are beneficial.
