Role Description The Academic Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. The individual in this role will guide prospective and current learners through course selection, program expectations, and training pathways aligned with their academic background and career goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining ERP and cloud training options, clarifying certification routes, and assisting students in planning their learning journey. The Academic Counsellor will monitor student progress, address academic or performance concerns, and collaborate with trainers to ensure that learners receive appropriate support and guidance.



The role also involves maintaining accurate student records, organizing information sessions, and contributing to outreach initiatives to attract and retain learners. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners through course selection and training progression.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to conduct counselling sessions, present program information clearly, and maintain qualified interactions.
• Candidates should possess Career Counseling skills to help learners understand certification pathways, job roles, and long-term career opportunities.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Education or related fields, with the ability to understand training curricula and learning outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience in academic counseling, training institutes, or EdTech environments, ideally with exposure to IT, ERP, or cloud technologies.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
• Proficiency with basic office productivity tools and student information systems; familiarity with Oracle, SAP, or Workday training programs is an advantage.
