About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Inventory & Growth Manager for CROCS to own our entire Crocs business at Delco. This goes beyond tracking stock. You’ll learn Crocs inside out, study sales every day, decide where stock should be and work with every store to find ways to sell more. If you love footwear, love numbers and get energy from watching a brand grow because of your decisions, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the Crocs account end-to-end and become the person who knows the brand best
• Go through structured training on the Crocs range, product stories and consumer
• Study Crocs sales data daily to understand what’s selling, what’s slowing and why
• Move stock across stores through interstore transfers, so the right product is in the right store at the right time
• Support purchasing by recommending what to reorder and in what quantities, based on sales trends and stock health
• Stay in regular touch with every store to understand ground realities and find ways to grow sales
• Spot growth opportunities early, from fast-moving styles to under-served stores, and act on them




• Track Crocs performance over time and share clear insights with Senior Management Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in the footwear industry, in inventory, planning, merchandising or growth roles
• Strong with numbers and comfortable studying sales data every day
• Energetic and self-driven, with a genuine growth mindset
• Confident communicator who can work with multiple store teams
• Organised and quick at making informed decisions
• Willing to work from Delhi-NCR Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Experience working on or alongside a footwear brand such as Crocs, Skechers, Nike, Adidas, Puma or similar
• Experience with interstore transfers or replenishment planning
• Familiarity with purchase orders and buying cycles
• Strong Excel or data analysis skills What You’ll Gain
