Roles and Responsibilities
• Developing Salesforce solutions and supporting other development team members.
• Managing and implementing technical designs aligned with business strategy.
• Ensuring the integrity and evolution of the Salesforce Services Solutions Technical Core Model.
• Presenting solution documentation to diverse audiences.
• Contributing to the delivery of core model evolution in line with business objectives.
• Supporting application rollouts and ensuring adherence to the core model. Key Requirements
• Degree in engineering, preferably in information technology or computer science.
• 7+ years of experience within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Mandatory Salesforce certification (Platform Builder I).
• Working experience in Service & Community Cloud.




• Experience with Salesforce architecture, design, integration technologies (including Platform Events, Connected Apps, Mobile SDK, SSO, OAuth, SOAP, REST, SOA), Apex, Test classes, Triggers, Visualforce, Javascript, SOQL/SOSL, and Release Migration Tool.
• Knowledge of SaFe Framework, GIT, IBM ALM, Boomi or any ETL is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
