G Square is looking for a Senior Copywriter / Creative to develop ideas and persuasive copy that build our brand, support project launches and drive customer interest.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop campaign concepts, headlines, taglines and brand messaging.
• Write copy for newspaper ads, outdoor, digital, social media, brochures, and radio.
• Film scripting and ideation
• Translate project features and customer insights into compelling communication.
• Collaborate with the Art Director, designers and marketing teams.
• Maintain brand voice, accuracy and quality across all copy.
• Present ideas, incorporate feedback and manage deadlines. What We’re Looking For
• A strong portfolio of original ideas and integrated campaigns.
• Excellent English writing, storytelling skills.
• Experience in newspaper print and outdoor campaigns.
• Ability to write explicit, memorable copy across formats.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, ideation and writing.
• Experience in real estate, architecture, lifestyle or related sectors.
• Tamil copywriting skills are an advantage.
