Freshers / Entry-Level About the OpportunityMGL Group is inviting applications from motivated and enthusiastic freshers who are interested in building a career in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Revit Modelling, and Precast Concrete Detailing. This opportunity is designed for aspiring civil engineering and drafting professionals who wish to develop their technical skills through practical training and exposure to international projects, including Australian precast and UK structural drafting projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop 3D models of precast concrete elements using Autodesk Revit or equivalent BIM software.
• Prepare detailed 2D precast shop drawings, reinforcement drawings, and related technical documentation.
• Interpret and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and revising technical drawings as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Support project documentation and detailing activities. Eligibility Criteria
• ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or Architecture.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior industry experience are welcome.




• Students pursuing their studies who are interested in working alongside their education may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or any other CAD drafting software.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic computer and MS Office skills.
• Good learning attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to develop technical expertise. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit and/or Dynamo.
• Familiarity with precast concrete construction or structural detailing.
• Previous exposure to CAD drafting or BIM-related activities.
