Role Description This is a full-time, on-site COA Registered Architect (B.
Arch) role based in Bengaluru South. The architect will be responsible for end-to-end architectural design of luxury farmhouses and associated common areas, including concept development, detailed drawings, and coordination with structural, MEP, and landscape teams. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing design documentation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and COA standards, participating in site visits, and overseeing design implementation during construction. Office-based with occasional site visits About Avillion FarmsAvillion Farms is a luxury farmhouse and managed farmland development located at Thondebhavi, Doddaballapur, North Bengaluru. We are looking for a creative and technically strong COA Registered Architect with experience in architectural design, AutoCAD drafting, 3D visualization and onsite project execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare detailed architectural 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations and sections using AutoCAD.
• Develop architectural concepts and designs for luxury farmhouses, villas and residential projects.
• Prepare construction drawings, working drawings and detailed architectural layouts.
• Coordinate with structural consultants, interior designers and site execution teams.
• Handle architectural detailing, measurements and drawing modifications.
• Conduct site visits and monitor architectural execution as per approved drawings.
• Ensure design accuracy, quality standards and timely project deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and project teams for smooth execution.
• Understand and implement architectural requirements using feet and inches measurements.
• Support 3D visualization and presentation requirements wherever necessary.



Mandatory Skills & Technical Requirements
• COA (Council of Architecture) registration with valid registration number.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D drafting and architectural detailing.
• Working knowledge of Lumion, SketchUp, Enscape and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of architectural planning, elevations and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods and site execution.
