Role Description The Dispatch Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing daily freight movements and supporting drivers and customers throughout the dispatch process. This position involves scheduling and assigning loads, monitoring shipment status, and updating internal systems to ensure accurate, real-time information. The Dispatch Coordinator communicates with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues, provide status updates, and maintain clear expectations.



Daily tasks include data entry of load details, verifying documentation, managing appointments and route changes, and coordinating with ports and terminals as needed. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, prioritizing multiple requests, and contributing to smooth, efficient operations that align with company service standards. Qualifications
