About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deliver AI-powered software solutions that accelerate business transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI product development, Python-based backend engineering, cloud platforms, and contemporary AI deployment practices. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-enabled applications while contributing to engineering excellence in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled software features and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.
• Implement and integrate Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies into existing platforms.
• Develop scalable microservices and APIs to support AI applications and platform services.
• Build, deploy, and maintain AI models using modern MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps practices.
• Design and manage AI data pipelines using Apache Airflow and Microsoft Fabric Data Factory.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models, platform performance, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of software development and AI engineering practices.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.




• Ensure solutions adhere to cybersecurity, compliance, and engineering quality standards.
• Work with DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps and Docker to support CI/CD and AI deployments.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, cloud services, and industry best practices. Required Technical Skills

• Experience with Java, Scala, or C#.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning, and NLP technologies.
• Experience designing and developing Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines.
• Docker containerization.
• MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps deployment practices.
• Experience with Apache Airflow.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Factory pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data structures and data management.
• Experience working with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Agile/SCRUM software development experience.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Good to Have
• Experience with distributed architectures.
• Knowledge of Akka.
• Hands-on experience delivering NLP projects.
• Experience with JIRA, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience mentoring engineering teams.
