Salary:
Up to ₹20,000 per month Joining: Immediate About AIMS Institutes AIMS Institutes is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Telecounselors to join its Admissions & Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
• Make 175–200 outbound calls per day to prospective students and enquiry leads.
• Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programmes, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures.
• Understand students' educational interests and provide relevant programme information.
• Follow up with prospective students regularly and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Handle student queries professionally and provide timely information.
• Coordinate with the Admissions & Marketing team to ensure a smooth admission process.




• Maintain effective communication and build positive relationships with prospective students and parents. Eligibility & Skills Required
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with a willingness to make high-volume outbound calls.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to handle student enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
• Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn. Language Requirements
• Candidates must be proficient in multiple languages, including English and regional languages.
• Fluency in English, Kannada,Telugu, Tamil, and Malayalam is highly preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable communicating with prospective students and parents in multiple languages.
