Key Responsibilities
• Lead fundraising strategies and mobilize funds through CSR, corporates, foundations, trusts, HNIs and institutional donors.
• Develop corporate partnerships and manage end-to-end grant/proposal writing, budgeting and reporting.
• Build and maintain donor relationships and ensure donor retention.
• Lead communications, branding, digital campaigns, social media and impact storytelling.
• Manage donor engagement, events, outreach and stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate with leadership, finance and program teams and mentor team members. Candidate

Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing,



Communications, Journalism, PR, Fundraising or related fields.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in fundraising, institutional partnerships, CSR or communications.
• Proven track record in raising funds from corporates and institutional donors.
• Robust proposal writing, budgeting, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.
