Rakanpur (Greater Ahmedabad) Employment Type: Full-time, In office Department: Engineering & Design Specialization: Heat & Mass Transfer Equipment Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Head – Engineering / Design to lead the engineering and design function for heat and mass transfer equipment and related solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end engineering and design activities, ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards, leading engineering teams, reviewing technical drawings and calculations, and coordinating with production, quality, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead engineering and design teams handling static and rotating equipment.
• Oversee end-to-end design activities from concept to project completion.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, ISO, and other relevant industry standards.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.
• Coordinate with production, quality, sales, and other departments.




• Drive innovation and optimize existing product designs, including fin tube and heat exchanger solutions.
• Support technical proposals and customer-specific engineering requirements.
• Mentor engineering team members and improve engineering processes.
• Contribute to technology development and capacity expansion initiatives. Key Qualifications &

Skills:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong experience in Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, or Process Equipment Design.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, ISO, and relevant engineering codes and standards.
• Familiarity with nuclear application standards is preferred.
• Experience working with ASME-certified organizations is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE, design, and simulation software.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
