Instaa Precast is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Manager to oversee factory accounting, financial operations, project costing, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing or construction accounting, with expertise in inventory management, project billing, cost control, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and factory accounts.
• Oversee inventory accounting, raw material tracking, and consumption reporting.
• Handle project billing, RA bills, client invoices, and progressive payments.
• Monitor job costing, production costs, project profitability, and margins.
• Manage vendor payments, account reconciliations, and financial records.
• Ensure statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, and ESI.
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and budget vs. actual analysis.
• Implement internal financial controls and streamline ERP-based accounting processes.
• Coordinate with production, stores, procurement, and management teams.




• Lead and supervise the accounts team to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. Qualifications & Experience

Com / M.
Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance).

Experience:
15–20 years in accounting and finance, including a minimum of 3–5 years in precast or manufacturing.
• Experience in the precast, manufacturing, or construction industry is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or construction-specific ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of project accounting, inventory management, cost control, and statutory compliance.
• Experience handling factory accounts, project billing, and financial reporting.
