Responsibilities:
• Configure and support UKG Pro WFM capabilities across timekeeping, scheduling, forecasting, requests, time evaluation, and absence management.
• Assess user stories, requirements, enhancements, dependencies, risks, and implementation constraints from functional and technical perspectives.
• Coordinate integrations, interfaces, middleware mappings, data objects, reports, and workforce data validation with dependent technology teams.
• Resolve configuration and integration defects identified during QA, UAT, staging, and production validation.
• Support production readiness, release planning, workplace setup, integration runs, operational handover, and post-release stabilization. Skills Required:
• 12
- 16 years of relevant experience in workforce management consulting, UKG, Kronos, or enterprise HR technology implementations.




• Hands-on implementation and configuration experience with UKG Pro WFM and Kronos Workforce Management.
• Strong understanding of workforce management processes, including timekeeping, scheduling, time evaluation, absence management, and workforce requests.
• Experience with UKG interfaces, integrations, reports, middleware mappings, and data object configuration.
• Ability to troubleshoot configuration and integration issues across development, QA, UAT, staging, and production environments. Good to Have:
• Experience with workforce forecasting and retail workforce management implementations across multiple markets or regions.
• Exposure to BI data analysis, reporting validation, workforce data reconciliation, deployment planning, and operational handover.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
