Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Reddit Marketer. The Reddit Marketer will plan and execute Reddit-focused marketing strategies, including identifying relevant subreddits, crafting posts and comments, and engaging with communities in a genuine and compliant manner. The Reddit Marketer will also provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to improve brand presence and community relationships on Reddit. Qualifications
• Strong Reddit expertise,



including experience with major subreddits, platform rules, and best practices for organic engagement and promotion.
• Skills in social media marketing and online community management, with the ability to build and nurture brand communities across forums.
• Excellent written communication skills, including short-form copywriting, comment crafting, and conversation-driven content.
• Analytical skills for tracking post performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results, using data to refine strategies.
• Ability to research audience interests, identify niche communities, and tailor messaging to different subreddit cultures.
• Comfort working independently in a remote workplace, managing deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with PR, influencer outreach, and cross-channel content amplification is beneficial.
• Prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online community roles; agency experience is a plus.
