We’re hiring: Graphic Designer & Video Editor Full-time | On-site | Ajmer, Rajasthan We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer and editor to join our team in Ajmer. You’ll create social media content for artists, musicians, podcast-led platforms, live entertainment projects and brands. The role combines video editing and graphic design. One day, you might shape a strong moment from a long-form conversation into a reel; another, create a YouTube thumbnail, event announcement or campaign creative. What you’ll do
• Edit long-form podcast episodes into engaging short-form videos, including one reel each day for an ongoing show.
• Find compelling moments, create strong openings, add subtitles and deliver polished edits in social-friendly formats.
• Design YouTube thumbnails, social posts, carousels, event creatives and promotional graphics.
• Create and edit videos for artist, entertainment and brand social media campaigns.
• Adapt content for different platforms,



incorporate feedback and meet deadlines.
• Keep project files and assets organised.
• What we’re looking for
• A portfolio or showreel that demonstrates both graphic design and video editing skills.
• A positive eye for layout, typography, pacing and visual storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with commonly used design and video editing software.
• An understanding of what makes content engaging on social media.
• Someone who is organised, open to feedback and comfortable working on multiple projects.
• Hindi and English language skills are a plus, especially for editing podcast clips and subtitles. This is a full-time, in-office position in Ajmer. Remote applications won’t be considered.
