Role Description The Assistant Learning and Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for supporting the planning and delivery of training initiatives across the hotel. This role assists in identifying learning needs, developing training materials, and conducting onboarding and skills-development sessions for team members in various departments. The individual collaborates with department heads to ensure training programs align with brand standards, service expectations,



and performance goals. Daily activities include coordinating training schedules, tracking participation and outcomes, maintaining training records, and supporting internal communication related to learning programs. The role also contributes to a positive learning culture by coaching team members, reinforcing customer service standards, and supporting continuous improvement in guest experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Training & Development and Training skills to design, facilitate, and evaluate learning programs.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage team members and support exceptional guest experiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Supervisory Skills to guide team members, support performance improvement, and coordinate training activities.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in hospitality or service-oriented environments and familiarity with brand standards and quality assurance.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in basic office and presentation software.
