Inspired by leading sales practices, the platform solves the common problem of delayed responses to high-volume ad enquiries from channels such as META and websites. Role Description The GTM Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for bridging technical implementation with go-to-market execution. This role involves configuring and integrating SriAI Revenue Engine with client systems, collaborating with sales and product teams to understand customer requirements, and translating those needs into scalable technical solutions. The GTM Engineer will design and test workflows for rapid lead handling, troubleshoot implementation issues, and optimize performance for different verticals such as travel and hospitality. Day-to-day tasks include working with APIs and data flows, supporting pilots and deployments, documenting solutions, and sharing feedback with product and engineering teams to refine the platform. The role also contributes to pre-sales technical discussions and post-launch support to ensure successful customer outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong technical implementation skills,



including experience with APIs, webhooks, and data integration between CRM, ad platforms, and internal tools.
• Background in go-to-market or sales engineering, with the ability to work closely with sales, product, and customer teams on solution design and deployment.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS products, automation workflows, and performance optimization for high-volume lead or data processing.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using data and metrics to improve lead handling, response times, and conversion efficiency.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create technical documentation and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with ownership mindset and willingness to iterate quickly based on customer feedback.
• Experience in sales technology, marketing technology, or revenue operations is a plus; prior work with travel or hospitality businesses is beneficial.
