Department: Design Engineering Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technical Skills 1. Core Engineering Knowledge
• Basic understanding of engineering design principles (Pressure Equipment Design)
• Fundamentals of fluid mechanics
• Basic knowledge of energy conversion systems (steam systems) 2. Domain Awareness (Basic Level Expected)
• Basic understanding of control valves and their applications
• Awareness of different valve types (e.g., Globe, Ball, Butterfly valves)
• Introductory knowledge of flow control and process systems 3. Computer Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D drafting)
• Exposure to 3D CAD software (preferably SolidWorks)
• Basic awareness of CFD / FEA concepts (academic level sufficient) Academic / Project Exposure
• Final year project related to Thermal, Fluid, or Design Engineering (preferred)

• Maintain and enhance the existing order booking / workflow management system
• Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERP system
• Ensure adherence to ISO processes and maintain engineering documentation
• Prepare and update engineering drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Support resolution of customer complaints by providing technical inputs and solutions
• Assist in new product development activities
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of engineering tasks
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of assigned work
