The selected resources will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting desktop and laptop issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations at client locations. Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1 desktop and end-user technical support at client locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, desktop, and laptop-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
• Provide support for MS Office, Outlook, and other standard business applications.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet,



and basic network connectivity issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
• Perform basic hardware diagnostics and coordinate hardware replacements when required.
• Assist users with login issues, password resets, and basic access-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of incidents and activities performed.
• Coordinate with the central IT support team for escalations. Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and network troubleshooting.
• Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
