Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in New Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore & Hyderabad. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and promote the company’s transformer products across target markets. Daily activities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating product presentations and demonstrations, and supporting tenders and bids. The role involves close collaboration with the technical and production teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities, as well as tracking sales performance, preparing reports,



and contributing to marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives. The specialist will also provide customer service support, follow up on inquiries, and participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product knowledge sessions and support customer education when needed.
• Candidates should have familiarity with industrial or electrical products; should have experience of 1-2 years in transformers or power sector sales.
• Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic MS Office tools, CRM or sales tracking systems, and the ability to prepare clear proposals and reports.
• Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates should be able to work on-site in the areas mentioned above, travel to client locations when required, and manage time and priorities independently.
