Role Description This is a full-time, in office Design Consultant role based in Bengaluru with a compensation of 6 LPA. The Design Consultant will engage with clients to understand their style, functional needs, and budget, translating these requirements into interior design concepts and detailed proposals. This role involves recommending suitable furniture, furnishings, and materials, preparing mood boards and layouts, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely project execution. The Design Consultant will provide end-to-end guidance throughout the design and installation process, maintain strong client relationships,



and support sales targets by presenting solutions that align with the company’s design standards and customer expectations. Qualifications
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle client queries professionally.
• Proven Sales capabilities, including consultative selling, upselling, and closing deals within home interiors or related domains.
• Foundational to advanced Interior Design knowledge, including space planning, materials, color theory, and design trends.
• Understanding of Furniture and Furnishings selection, customization, and coordination to create cohesive design solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in design or visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) and comfort working with digital presentations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and a collaborative working style.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
