Experience:
5–7 Years ⚡ Joining: Immediate / Short Notice

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and process client RA bills and final bills as per contractual terms.
• Verify executed quantities through site measurements and technical drawings.
• Review and validate subcontractor bills against actual work completed.
• Conduct material reconciliation and quantity verification.
• Prepare rate analysis for extra items and deviations.
• Ensure billing accuracy as per BOQ, DSR and agreed contract rates.
• Maintain billing records, work orders, payment documentation and cost reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, consultants, clients and accounts for timely bill approvals. Candidate

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.




• 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction billing / quantity surveying.
• Strong understanding of civil construction practices and contract management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform quantity calculations.
• Sound knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, rate analysis and subcontractor billing.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
