Profile DescriptionEyecatch Architects & Interiors is seeking a creative and technically proficient Junior Architect with robust architectural design skills and proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. The candidate should be capable of assisting in architectural design development, preparing detailed drawings, developing 3D models and coordinating with senior architects on residential, commercial and retail projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in architectural concept development, space planning and design presentations.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations,



sections and detailed drawings.
• Develop accurate AutoCAD working drawings and construction documentation.
• Create 3D architectural models using SketchUp.
• Assist in facade design, material selection and architectural detailing.
• Convert approved concepts into coordinated 2D drawings and 3D models.
• Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers and visualization teams.
• Incorporate design revisions and maintain drawing accuracy.
• Assist in preparing presentations, mood boards and material references.
• Support site coordination and resolve design-related queries under senior guidance.
• Ensure drawings follow company standards and project requirements.
