Role Description The AVP at JM Financial Services Ltd. will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the delivery of investment and wealth management solutions. The role involves leading and mentoring teams, reviewing client portfolios, coordinating with research and product teams, and ensuring high-quality advisory and execution across equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other investment products. The AVP will monitor market trends, support strategic initiatives,



and contribute to process improvements that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. This is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders and regular interaction with clients and partners. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, mutual funds, ETFs, commodities, and fixed income products.
• Proficiency in portfolio management, wealth advisory, and financial planning for a diverse client base.
• Experience in client relationship management, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to interpret research reports, use data-driven insights, and apply market analytics to client recommendations.
• Familiarity with online and mobile trading platforms and related financial technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a client-centric mindset.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, coaching, and performance oversight.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFA, NISM, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Prior experience in financial services, capital markets, or wealth management in a similar or senior role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet targets ethically, and comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
