About Invicta-Tech Invicta-Tech is a digital design and construction advisory firm specialising in BIM and technology-driven delivery for complex projects across KSA and the GCC. We work with contractors, consultants and asset owners to turn models, drawings and point clouds into measurable, client-ready deliverables aligned with ISO 19650, project EIRs and BEPs. Our work spans BIM production (LOD 200-500), model coordination and clash management, BIM automation and asset handover, across infrastructure & landscape, airports, hospitality, giga projects, industrial and logistics facilities. Our delivery team is based in Hyderabad, India.

About the role
We are hiring a Senior BIM Coordinator to run model coordination on our live Saudi projects. You will be our coordination voice with the client: you bring architecture, structure, MEP and infrastructure models together, resolve clashes before they reach site, and make sure every package leaves us clean, compliant and on time. This is a hands-on, client-facing seat. You will run coordination meetings with our clients' teams, and the work of our Revit and Civil 3D modellers will come through your checks. What you will do Coordination with the client
• Run coordination meetings with the client, consultants and contractors: agenda, clash review, decisions, owners and dates.
• Raise RFIs with evidence and track every comment and clash to close-out.
• Answer coordination questions for the team, and say "I will confirm by a set time" when a discipline lead must answer. Models and checks
• Federate models from every discipline and format: Revit, Civil 3D, IFC, DWG, DGN and NWC/NWD.
• Set up and check shared coordinates and project base points so all models line up.
• Run clash tests in Navisworks, group and prioritise results, and give every clash an owner.
• Check models before issue against the EIR and BEP: naming, coordinates,



LOD per element and file health. Tracking and team
• Own the coordination and progress tracker the client sees: what is open, who owns it, and when it closes.
• Guide our Revit and Civil 3D modellers and help them fix issues at source.
• Manage files and transmittals on the CDE (ACC/BIM 360 or the client's platform). What we are looking for (must-have)
• 6+ years in BIM or design delivery, with at least 4 years coordinating multi-discipline models on live projects.
• Coordination on GCC projects (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar or similar), including meetings with the client or consultant, either on site or from a delivery office.
• Strong in Revit: can model, link and coordinate, not just view.
• Strong Navisworks federation and clash detection across mixed formats, with clash reporting to close-out.
• Working knowledge of Civil 3D: enough to federate and check Civil 3D models and guide a junior modeller.
• Has worked to ISO 19650, EIRs and BEPs, including LOD per element.

• Clear written and spoken English. Good to have
• Saudi Arabia project experience.
• Large building, township or infrastructure packages.
• Hands-on Civil 3D (corridors, surfaces, pipe networks).
• ACC/BIM 360, Revizto or Solibri; Dynamo or other automation.
• Able to join within about 45 days.
