- Senior Media Planner Someone who knows Reddit inside out, can decode communities, build smart campaign strategies and knows exactly when a brand should speak and when it should shut up. Junior Media Planner Someone who’s chronically online, understands internet humour, knows their memes and can spend 2 hours on Reddit for whatever reason What we’re looking for:
* A good understanding of Reddit and internet culture.
* You understand Reddit beyond just having an account.
* Solid content and communication skills.
* The ability to think beyond conventional marketing.
* Someone who knows that community behaviour matters more than impressions.
* If you know the difference between a good post and a post that gets absolutely cooked in the comments.
