We’re Hiring: Telesales Executive (Career Counselling) | Hyderabad AnVeda Intell Pvt. Ltd. is a Hyderabad-based career intelligence company. We help students and parents make better career and education decisions using real alumni career-outcome data. Our platforms, CTrax (career research for students and families) and ALTrax (alumni outcome tracking for institutions), are changing how India plans careers. We’re looking for confident, people-first Telesales Executives to talk with parents and students and help them take the next step in their career journey. What you’ll do
• Call inbound and outbound leads (students, parents, schools) and explain AnVeda’s career services and CTrax plans
• Understand each family’s needs and recommend the right programme
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sign-ups and counselling bookings
• Keep the CRM accurate with call notes, lead status and follow-ups




• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets
• Pass on market feedback to the product and marketing teams
• What we’re looking for
• 0–3 years in telesales, inside sales or tele-calling (EdTech, education or counselling experience is a big plus)
• Excellent spoken English and Hindi. Telugu is an added advantage
• Comfortable with targets and with talking to parents about important decisions
• Basic computer skills (Excel or Google Sheets, CRM tools)
• Graduate in any discipline What you get
