Role Description The Visa Team Leader (Study Abroad) is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role is responsible for leading the visa processing team, managing daily operations related to student visa applications, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of documentation for multiple destination countries. Key tasks include overseeing application reviews, coordinating with students and parents, clarifying visa requirements, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules and policies. The Visa Team Leader will also train and guide team members, monitor case progress, resolve escalated issues,



and collaborate closely with counseling and admissions teams to deliver a smooth end-to-end experience. The role involves maintaining detailed records, preparing status reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Qualifications
• Experience in study abroad or international education services, particularly in visa processing and documentation management.
• Robust leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting professionally with students, families, and external authorities.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Up-to-date understanding of student visa procedures and basic immigration requirements for countries such as the Ireland, France, UK, USA.
• Proficiency in using office software, online application portals, and collaborative tools for tracking and reporting visa cases.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education, business, or related fields is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a similar role or in a consultancy setting will be considered a strong asset.
