We help hospital networks, clinic chains, funded health start-ups, pharma companies and wellness brands in India and abroad turn search visibility into patients and revenue. Search is changing fast. Patients now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews before they ever click a link. We're looking for an SEO leader who understands this and is excited about it. You should care more about how many enquiries came in than how many impressions you got. What you'll own
• Search strategy built around leads. You'll plan organic growth around appointments, enquiries and qualified leads, with traffic as a step towards those goals.
• AI search visibility (AIO and GEO). You'll help our clients' doctors, treatments and facilities appear and get cited correctly in AI Overviews and in answers from tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
• Search intent research. You'll go beyond keyword volume to find the questions patients actually ask and the searches most likely to turn into bookings.
• Technical and on-page SEO. You'll cover site structure, schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, location pages and doctor profiles, so that both search engines and patients can trust what they find.
• Content with medical credibility (E-E-A-T). You'll work with doctors, writers and designers on content that is accurate and compliant and that ranks.
• Conversion and attribution. You'll work with our paid media and web teams to track forms,



calls and WhatsApp enquiries through to real outcomes, and to fix the pages that leak leads.
• Competitor and market intelligence. You'll find out where competitors win in classic search and in AI answers, and how we can overtake them.
• Client-facing reporting. You'll turn data into clear, honest stories that clients' leadership teams can act on. You'll thrive here if you
• Have 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally with healthcare, pharma, wellness or other regulated categories.
• Can show us results you drove in leads, bookings or revenue, not just traffic graphs.
• Already experiment with AI search: you track AI citations, structure content for LLMs, and have opinions on what works.
• Know your way around GA4, Google Search Console, Semrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Looker Studio. Comfort with AI tools in your daily workflow is a big plus.
• Understand healthcare marketing rules: NMC guidelines, ASCI healthcare codes, the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act and India's DPDP Act. Knowing HIPAA, FDA or UK rules helps with our international clients.
• Think like a growth marketer: test, measure, learn and scale.
