Hyetron Energy is a technology-driven company operating in the emerging green hydrogen and clean-energy market. We are looking for a self-driven and proactive Business Development Manager who is passionate about building long-term relationships and developing strategic growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, take initiative in an evolving setting, understand customer and market needs, and engage effectively with customers, partners, industry stakeholders, and policymakers. We are specifically looking for early-career professionals with up to 4 years of relevant experience. Candidates with fewer years of experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate solid skills, learning ability, initiative, and ownership.

Responsibilities:
• Build and grow long-term relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Understand customer needs and position Hyetron’s solutions through consultative engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams to translate Hyetron’s technology into transparent commercial conversations.
• Identify and develop current business opportunities, partnerships, use cases, and markets.
• Track industry, market, and policy developments to identify new opportunities.
• Represent Hyetron professionally in customer meetings,



industry forums, and ecosystem engagements. Required Qualification:
• Strong ability to build and sustain trust-based professional relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with a consultative approach to understanding customer needs.
• Ability to work independently with initiative, ownership, and accountability.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn technical products and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Ability to quickly understand new markets, technologies, and business models, and operate effectively in an evolving environment.
• High integrity, professionalism, and strategic thinking. Experience & Background:
• Up to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in the energy, renewable energy, clean energy, industrial, infrastructure, or related technology sectors is preferred but not essential.
• Early-career candidates with fewer years of experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong initiative, learning ability, and ownership. Preferred Qualification: Exposure to or strong interest in green hydrogen, clean energy, renewable energy, industrial technology, infrastructure, or emerging technologies is an advantage.
