Key Responsibilities
1. Client Impact & Value Realization (Delivery)
• Build and sustain senior client relationships as a trusted strategic advisor, while leading end-to-end AI/GenAI/Agentic AI engagements from opportunity shaping to enterprise-scale deployment and adoption
· Provide senior oversight to maintain solution integrity, manage risks, and ensure delivery of secure, responsible, and trustworthy AI solutions with appropriate human-in-the-loop controls aligned to value commitments.
· Drive delivery excellence through strong program governance, adoption of proprietary assets, and consistent achievement of committed business outcomes 2. Market Development & Revenue Growth (Sales)
• Drive pipeline creation and conversion, leading pursuits, proposals, and executive pitches for strategic AI engagements.
• Expand client relationships by positioning AI as a core lever for business transformation across functions and industries.
• Bring market-relevant insights and trends into client conversations to shape demand and uncover new opportunities. 3. AI Offerings & Solution Differentiation (GTM)
• Define and scale differentiated AI/GenAI/Agentic offerings tailored to industry needs, leveraging leading platforms, proprietary assets/accelerators and hyperscaler ecosystem and strategic alliances
• Shape solution architectures and commercial constructs balancing innovation, scalability, cost-to-serve, and Responsible AI principles including governance, explainability, and human oversight.
• Drive development of reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks to enhance speed-to-market and delivery consistency.
· Continuously refine offerings based on emerging tools, platforms, and competitive market developments 4. Eminence & Innovation (Brand & Thought Leadership)
• Build market eminence through POVs, whitepapers, client workshops,



and participation in external forums and industry discussions.
• Drive innovation through development of prototypes, demos, and next-gen solution concepts aligned to emerging AI trends.
• Strengthen Deloitte’s brand as a trusted AI transformation partner through visible contributions to thought leadership. 5. Talent Development and Practice Building (People & Collaboration)
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance long term strategic synergies across EAID, broader technology and transformation teams and alliance ecosystems.
· Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing community of practitioners through internal initiatives such as knowledge and experience sharing forums, newsletters, hackathons, and gamified learning programs. Qualifications & Experience
•

Experience:
12+ years of experience in consulting or large-scale transformation programs, with strong exposure to AI/analytics-led initiatives across industries and functions
• Client & Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, shape business problems, and translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
• Sales & Pursuit

Experience:
Demonstrated track record in supporting or leading pursuits, including proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations.
• AI & Technology Expertise: Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI and enterprise-scale solution architectures.
• Cloud & Data Ecosystem: Experience working with hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and contemporary data platforms to enable scalable AI solutions.
• Delivery Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex programs with accountability for delivery excellence, engagement economics, governance, risk management, and business impact.
• Responsible AI Awareness: Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including governance, risk, and human-in-the-loop considerations.

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. MBA from Top Tier Institution preferred.
