- [email protected] and +91 7428 681 792 Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consultant with strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules, business processes, implementation, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze business requirements related to HRMS.
* Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
* Work on modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
* Prepare functional documents, including BRDs, functional specifications, and configuration documents.
* Support implementation, testing, UAT, and production issues.
* Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports,



interfaces, and data migration.
* Provide user training and resolve functional issues.
* Support enhancements, system upgrades, and post-go-live activities. Required Skills
* 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Functional Consulting.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 HRMS modules and HR business processes.
* Experience in implementation, configuration, and production support.
* Understanding of HRMS integrations, reports, and interfaces.
* Valuable communication, analytical, and client-handling skills. Preferred Skills
* Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
* Knowledge of Oracle HRMS tables, workflows, and integration with other Oracle modules.
* Experience with Oracle Payroll, OTL, and SSHR.
