Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-Time Immediate/Early Joiners Preferred We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer with 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation, including strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, customizing, configuring, and integrating Salesforce FSL solutions to support field service operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.
• Configure and customize Service Appointments, Work Orders, Work Types, Service Resources, Service Territories, and Operating Hours.
• Work on Scheduling Policies, Service Resource Availability, and Optimization.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and Visualforce.
• Configure Flows, Process Automation, and validation rules to automate field service processes.
• Work on Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug,



and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce FSL.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in deployment, testing, code reviews, and production support activities. Mandatory Skills
• 5–8 years of overall Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Good understanding of Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, and Service Territories.
• Experience with Scheduling and Optimization in FSL.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Valuable understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Good to Have
• Salesforce Field Service implementation experience.
• Knowledge of Mobile Workforce Management and FSL Mobile App.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD.
