About the Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to strengthen our brand presence and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in digital marketing, social media management, performance marketing, and brand activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute Meta Ads and social media campaigns.
• Support in-store promotions, brand activations, and marketing activities.
• Coordinate with designers and external agencies for creative development.
• Manage product listings and promotional activities across quick-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Track marketing metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and campaign engagement.
• Conduct competitor research and identify marketing opportunities.




• Support the execution of marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements:
• Graduate or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Mass Communication preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Practical experience in Meta Ads and social media management.
• Knowledge of performance marketing and campaign metrics such as CPC, CTR, and ROAS.
• Understanding of digital advertising, brand promotions, and online marketplaces.
• Valuable communication, coordination, and creative skills.
• Malayalam-speaking ability is mandatory.
