We are looking for passionate, creative and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators who share our belief that early childhood education is about much more than teaching letters and numbers. Role DescriptionAs an Early Childhood Educator at Garodia FinlandWay, you will play an important role in creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children in their foundational years. Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and facilitating age-appropriate, play-based and inquiry-led learning experiences.
• Creating stimulating classroom environments that encourage curiosity, exploration and independent thinking.
• Supporting children's social, emotional, physical, language and cognitive development.
• Observing and documenting children's learning, interests and developmental progress.
• Using children's questions, ideas and interests to extend learning experiences.
• Working collaboratively with fellow educators to plan, reflect and continuously improve teaching practices.
• Building warm,



positive relationships with children and maintaining open communication with families.
• Actively contributing to school events, celebrations and the wider Early Years community.

• Hold a relevant degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education or a related field.
• Have experience working with young children in preschool or Early Years settings.
• Have a sound understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate teaching practices.
• Believe in the value of play, exploration and inquiry as essential parts of early childhood learning.
• Are creative, resourceful and willing to think beyond conventional classroom teaching.
• Have strong communication skills in English and can connect positively with children, parents and colleagues.
• Are organised, observant and reflective in their teaching practices.
• Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and are open to learning new approaches to education.
