Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee technical activities related to PC hardware and systems. Guide the technical team in PC assembly, testing, troubleshooting and IT management. Handle complex hardware and software issues and provide effective solutions. Ensure PC builds meet performance, compatibility, and quality standards. Provide technical guidance to sales, operations and other teams to resolve their technical queries. Stay updated with the latest PC components,



hardware technologies, and industry trends. Resolve customer's technical escalations Required Technical Skills Strong passion for technology and computers in general. Excellent knowledge of Gaming, Video Editing and 3D rendering softwares and how they work. In-depth understanding and knowledge about the working of computer hardware. Awareness of the latest technology and hardware developments. Advanced troubleshooting and hardware diagnostic skills. General Requirements Quick learner with strong conceptual understanding. Fluent in English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Handle escalations professionally and resolve the queries. Ability to guide a teams in a technical sense.
