Role Overview Our customer, a leading organisation in the technology consulting sector, is seeking a Collections & Forensics Specialist for an initial 3-year contract, with strong potential for extension. The successful candidate will provide enterprise eDiscovery and forensic collection activities across physical, remote, cloud, and enterprise data sources. This role focuses on collections expertise, strong forensic knowledge, and the ability to support defensible data collection processes while partnering with legal, IT, and business stakeholders. The role is expected to commence ASAP and will be based in India.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform forensic, remote, and enterprise data collections.
• Conduct defensible collections using FTK or similar forensic tools.
• Support collections from Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Maintain chain of custody and collection documentation.
• Collaborate with legal, IT, and business stakeholders to execute collection activities.
• Troubleshoot collection, connectivity, and data-source integration issues.
• Assess collection scope, risks, and technical feasibility. About You
• 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, digital forensics, or data collections.
• Hands-on experience with FTK or comparable forensic collection tools.
• Strong understanding of defensible collection practices and chain of custody.
• Experience collecting data from enterprise, cloud, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
