Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Tally Software – Online Telugu Trainer. The trainer will conduct live online sessions in Telugu, teaching Tally software concepts, features, and practical applications to learners. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans and training materials, delivering interactive classes, demonstrating Tally functionalities, and guiding learners through exercises and assignments. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, clarify doubts, and support learners in using Tally for accounting and business processes.



The role also involves coordinating with the SkillDzire team to improve course content, maintain session quality, and ensure a positive learning experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Software Design, with practical understanding of business or accounting applications.
• Candidates should possess Programming skills relevant to implementing or customizing software tools and workflows.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Databases, including basic data organization, retrieval, and management concepts.
• Candidates should possess Testing skills, with the ability to validate Tally processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate results.
• Proficiency in Tally software and accounting fundamentals, with prior experience teaching or using Tally in a professional setting.
• Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse learners.
• Robust communication and presentation skills, comfort with online teaching platforms, and a learner-centered training approach.
• Relevant academic background in Commerce, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
