We are growing fast in India and We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team in the Gurugram office. Role Description As our Social Media Manager, you’ll own SWATI’s social media across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat. You’ll run both the SWATI brand channels and our founder Swati Verma’s channels. On Instagram that’s 286K+ followers on @swaticosmetics and 2.1M+ on @swativerma. These are big accounts with an engaged audience, so we’re looking for someone who has managed accounts of this size before and knows how to keep growing them. You’ll plan, create and publish the content, engage with the community, and work closely with our video editor and graphic designer. Your success is measured in growth: reach, engagement, community and the customers social brings in. We are looking for:
• 3+ years in content creation,



social media or digital marketing
• Experience managing large accounts, ideally with 100K+ followers
• A strong eye for premium beauty aesthetics
• Hands-on skills in Canva and CapCut, or similar tools, taking ideas from concept to finished post
• Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat formats and trends, organic and paid
• Comfort behind and in front of the camera, including shooting with the founder
• Experience working with influencers and creators, and turning their content into assets that perform
• Someone who sets targets, reads the numbers and adjusts based on results
• High output without losing quality or brand alignment
• Native-level English for captions and community management Meriting attributes:
• Experience from a beauty, cosmetics or fashion brand
• Experience growing a personal brand or creator account
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools
• Experience briefing and working with video editors and designers
