Head of Business Development to lead growth, partnerships, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have solid industry knowledge, proven business development experience, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategies to expand client base and market reach
* Build and manage key client relationships and partnerships
* Identify new business opportunities and close high-value deals




* Collaborate with creative and production teams for project alignment
* Lead and mentor the BD team to achieve revenue goals

Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in business development (preferably in animation, design, or creative industry)
* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
