Udaipur, Rajasthan Position: Revenue Manager – Hospitality Employment Type: Full-Time Properties Managed: 3 Luxury Hospitality Properties About Ocean Hospitality Ocean Hospitality is a growing hospitality management company based in Udaipur, managing a portfolio of three distinctive properties, including a heritage palace, a luxury villa, and premium serviced apartments. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Revenue Manager who will take complete responsibility for sales, reservations, pricing strategies, and revenue growth across all three properties.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Management & Pricing
* Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across all properties.
* Maximize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR).
* Monitor market demand, competitor pricing, seasonal trends, and booking patterns.
* Develop revenue forecasts, monthly targets, and performance reports. 2. OTA Management & Distribution
* Independently manage OTA platforms, including Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and other relevant channels.
* Optimize property listings, pricing, availability, promotions, and inventory.
* Maintain rate parity and prevent overbookings.
* Improve online visibility, conversion rates, and OTA performance. 3. Sales & Business Development
* Take complete ownership of sales performance across all three properties.
* Generate direct bookings and develop relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and event planners.
* Identify recent business opportunities and revenue channels.
* Negotiate group bookings, long-stay reservations, and corporate contracts.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. 4. Reservations Management




* Oversee the complete reservation process across all properties.
* Manage booking inquiries, confirmations, cancellations, modifications, and guest communication related to reservations.
* Coordinate with property operations teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals.
* Maintain accurate booking records, availability calendars, and reservation reports. 5. Reporting & Performance Analysis
* Prepare daily sales and occupancy reports.
* Submit weekly revenue performance updates.
* Develop monthly revenue forecasts and growth strategies.
* Analyze booking sources, cancellation trends, and channel profitability.
* Report directly to the management of Ocean Hospitality. Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel revenue management, OTA management, reservations, or hospitality sales.
* Strong understanding of hospitality pricing and revenue optimization.
* Hands-on experience managing major OTA platforms.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* Ability to independently manage multiple properties.
* Experience with PMS, channel managers, and hospitality reservation systems.
* Strong focus on revenue generation, profitability, and achieving targets.
