About EnglishYaari EnglishYaari is an online English learning platform that helps learners improve their communication skills, fluency, and confidence through personalised one-on-one sessions with experienced tutors. Role Overview
• We are looking for a proactive and organised person to manage day-to-day operations, handle learner and tutor queries, and support sales and renewals.
• The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage learner and tutor queries through calls, chats, and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, tutor coordination, onboarding, and follow-ups on pending tasks and feedback.
• Address learner concerns, provide relevant guidance, and ensure a smooth learning experience.
• Follow up with existing learners for plan renewals and contribute to learner retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Tutor Operations, and Tech, to resolve issues and streamline processes.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, renewals, and support-related activities.




• Work towards achieving Learner and tutor satisfaction goals, along with renewal targets, through effective communication and consistent follow-ups Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable handling customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales-related responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, CRM tools, and communication platforms.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work workplace and take ownership of responsibilities.
• A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport and guide customers effectively.
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in sales, counselling, customer support, operations, or EdTech will be an added advantage.
