About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Team Lead to manage and scale our paid media campaigns. You will be responsible for leading a team of marketers, strategising paid campaigns across Google and Meta, optimising ad budgets, and driving measurable ROI for diverse agency clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: End-to-end management of performance marketing campaigns across platforms, primarily Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
- Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketers, ensuring they meet daily/weekly KPIs and delivery targets.
- Budget Management: Allocate, monitor, and optimize monthly ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI and lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Performance Optimisation:



Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates continuously.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign metrics, generate performance reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders and clients.
- Client Management: Understand different niche requirements and align marketing strategies with client business goals. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Agency Background: Mandatory or highly preferred experience working in a marketing agency handling multiple client accounts.
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Robust analytical skills with a deep understanding of metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and an enterprising mindset for client relationship management.
