Role Description The Operations Executive will manage day-to-day travel operations to ensure smooth delivery of customized itineraries and a high-quality client experience. Responsibilities include coordinating with destination partners and vendors, tracking bookings and reservations, monitoring trip progress, and resolving operational issues in real time. The role involves managing documentation, ensuring accurate pricing and cost breakdowns, and maintaining operational processes and data records.



The Operations Executive will also collaborate closely with travel consultants and customer support to ensure timely communication with travelers and seamless trip execution. Keep the Hotel/Resort/Destination Up to date. This is a full-time, in office role based in the Salt Lake Sector 5, Greater Kolkata Area. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle end-to-end trip execution and process coordination.
• Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams, partners, and travelers.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, optimize workflows, and ensure accuracy in cost and booking details.
• Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems, and communication platforms) is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, travel management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in travel operations, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are important.
