Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage the full sales cycle for residential, commercial, and farmhouse properties, including prospecting, client engagement, and closing deals. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves conducting property presentations, organizing site visits, and delivering tailored investment recommendations based on market trends and client objectives. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, support digital and offline lead generation, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.



Daily responsibilities include nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, coordinating with internal teams, and participating in training sessions to stay current on product offerings and market developments. Qualifications
